Program Overview

The Renewal Experience is an immersive experience that helps leaders start the year with clarity, strategic focus, and renewed energy. Designed for those ready to think differently and lead intentionally, the program blends deep personal insight with practical leadership application.


Through guided reflection, mindfulness, and experiential learning, leaders strengthen their ability to set meaningful goals, cast a compelling vision, and navigate complexity with confidence. Rooted in principles of growth, empathy, trust, and accountability, the experience builds both the mindset and skillset for sustainable, human-centered leadership.


Set within a cultural immersion abroad, this journey invites leaders to step beyond the familiar, broaden their worldview, and return with fresh perspective, ready to inspire, align, and drive impact throughout the year ahead.

Content Areas

  • Leading with HEART: A reflective leadership experience that inspires leaders to pause, realign, and lead with authenticity—through the principles of Head (growth mindset), Empathy, Accountability, Respect, and Trust.


  • Strategic Mindset: Empowers leaders to see the bigger picture, think forward, and communicate strategy in ways that encourage alignment and action across their teams.


  • Psychological Safety: Equips leaders to foster trust, inclusion, and open dialogue, empowering every voice to be heard.


  • Emotional Intelligence: Helps leaders understand and manage their emotions to lead with clarity, composure, and influence. Participants learn practical ways to strengthen self-awareness and relational effectiveness, skills that build trust, resilience, and high-performing teams.


  • Mindfulness: Leaders cultivate presence, focus, and intentionality in how they think, decide, and lead. Participants learn practical techniques to regulate stress, enhance clarity, and respond to challenges with calm and purpose.
